IDLER ROLLERS
Idler rollers are available in galvanized steel, inox AISI 304 and thermoplastic materials with rollings on radial ball bearings; these shielded and lubricated idler rollers are particularly sliding and have an high load capacity.

MOTORIZE CHAIN ROLLERS
Motorized chain rollers in galvanized steel with rolling on radial ball bearings, have shielded and lubricated bearing balls and are very sliding. They have an high load capacity.

WEELS FOR HANDLING SYSTEMS
Wheels are available in different materials: galvanized steel or acetal resin. They both have ball race, good for the realization of wheel rails for transport and for the applications that requires ball bearings. The wheel is suited to be used in the food industry and white chambers. Light, lubricated and corrosion resistant. These bearing balls are supplied with INOX AISI 420 (ss) spheres. Wheels are in galvanized steel and suited to carry heavy loads.

BALL TRANSFER UNITS
The ball transfer units have a precision sphere with a big diameter that rotates on spheres with a smaller diameter, lodged in an hardened hemispherical cap. All the balls are rectified, calibrated and hardened; the central sphere can move freely in each direction, ensuring a precise movimentation with a heavy load.
